Currently we have 2 delivery slots. 10 am to 2 pm and 2pm to 7 pm. Your order will be delivered anytime between the selected delivery slot. Minimum delivery time will be 24 hours, while Maximum delivery time will be 3-4 days.
All orders placed by 12 pm can be delivered to you the next day by the first slot at the earliest. All orders placed by 3pm can be delivered on the next day within the second delivery slot. We may be able to offer same day delivery for orders placed post 12 pm, for the same we request you to get in touch with us on +91 9811030580
We are based out of Gurgaon and deliver to most areas of Delhi NCR.
Your orders are delivered through a third party delivery company in temperature control boxes with dry ice. Although handled with utmost care, our products are sensitive during transportation and for the safest delivery we suggest you to pick it up from our kitchen in Udyog Vihar.
Please make sure that the phone number provided is reachable during the delivery slot and someone is available at the delivery location during the selected time slot. In case nobody is avaiable at the time of delivery we will try our best to ensure it is kept safely with a neighbour/ security guard/ anyone willing to collect it on your behalf. The same will not be available for redelivery and Loca Boca does not take responsibility of the order once delivered.
Deliveries may be impacted if it is raining in the city and in that case we may not be able to deliver your orders within the selected delivery slot.
During transit there may be some unavoidable damage (like falling of garnishes/ macarons) due to potholes. There should be significant damage for us to consider the cake for replacement.
Due to the nature of the product in case of any minor damage or movement of the product please reach out to us and we will guide you on how to take care of the same.
For any change in delivery address or delivery slot please reach out to us 12 hours in advance and we will try our best to accomodate the same. We may not be able to change the delivery slot/ address post that.
